The 2020 white Ajaccio Aja Donica, a varietal Vermentino wine, stands out for its broad and generous character, marking it as a wine with a promising future. Vinification:

Hand-harvested. Parcel selection of old vines planted in 1967, grafted with Vermentinu in 2018. Vinification and ageing for 12 months on lees in foudres and demi-muids, followed by 7 months of mass ageing in stainless steel tanks. Production of 3,052 bottles.
