Wine:
A trio of equal parts carignan, syrah and grenache noir, the 2019 red Faugères Jadis delights with its bright texture and floral, infused flavors. On the palate, the wine is powerful and full-bodied, with smoky, raspberry and fresh fruit flavors and velvety tannins. A wine to be reserved for game dishes or tasty meats, and ideally decanted two hours before serving.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Maceration for 1 month in whole grapes. Aged 24 months in oak barrels.Color:

Delicate, infused raspberry aromas mixed with floral notes.Palate:
Powerful and lively, this wine offers a full-bodied juice with smoky flavors and hints of raspberry and fresh fruit around velvety tannins.
