Wine:

Made primarily from Chenin Blanc, the 2021 White Saumur Brut is a finely crafted, energetic, and elegantly subtle sparkling wine. Aged for two years on lees and undosed, it reveals itself with pure freshness, finesse, and balance. A perfect choice for an apéritif, it also pairs beautifully with cheese—a bottle sure to impress everyone at the table.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, 50-year-old vines, traditional vinification method, aged 24 months on laths. No dosage.
Disgorgement November 2023.
