Pale in color, with salmon hues, the 2021 Côtes de Provence Grand Classique Rosé opens with a fresh and pure nose, with notes of small red fruits. The crisp palate is delicate, with a nice acidulous profile that is very pleasant. A very nice rosé to be enjoyed within two years, paired with paella, seafood or a Provencal pizza with fresh tomatoes and oregano. Rated 92+/100 by our Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested, totally destemmed. Cold settling, fermentation of the musts during 2 weeks. Blending in January 2021 and bottling in spring 2022.Color:
