The 2021 Red Crozes-Hermitage Les Trois Chênes opens with a very fine fresh and floral nose with nice aromas of ripe fruit. The supple palate is articulated around well-proportioned tannins and a fine and full-bodied texture, with a digestible balance. All the attributes of a fine Syrah are combined in a fresh and elegant profile, which is already very accessible. A bottle to enjoy now with a lamb chop or to age for another 5 to 7 years.Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinification in whole bunches, for 20% of the harvest, in wooden or concrete vats for 15 days, aged in half muids or barrels for about 15 months.Color:
Dark and vivid red, punctuated with purple highlights.Nose:
