Exclusively reserved for our members, the 2016 Red Hermitage Sélection de Terroirs Nobles Rives highlights the evolution of ripe Syrah, complemented by subtle notes from its careful aging.This wine delivers impressive power with a velvety, refined style, shaped by the granite soils of the appellation—particularly from the Ermite sector, one of Hermitage's most prestigious and storied lieux-dits. A fully developed bottle, ready to enjoy. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand, macerated in concrete vats. Maturation in vats for 10% of the harvest, then in barrels for the remaining 90%.

Color:

Dark, brilliant red with violet highlights.

Nose:

Beautifully mature, marked by an infused, velvety Pinot.

Palate:

Powerful and beautifully evolved, this noble cuvée offers a velvety, deeply layered palate with ripe, expressive flavours.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Quail stuffed with foie gras, duck breast with cherries, suckling lamb in hay crust.
