The 2023 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Bigote, crafted entirely from Clairette, is undoubtedly one of the appellation’s finest expressions. Sourced from 60-year-old vines and gently aged in large neutral oak containers, this white wine showcases beautifully ripened grapes with notes of stone fruits, spices, and juicy peach. Expressive and radiant, it offers a harmonious balance of richness, tension, and volume, making it both approachable and captivating. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 18°C. Aged for 8 months in demi-muids.
