Wine:

Pure syrah from vines planted in 1971 and cultivated organically, the 2022 Vin de France Syrah is an easy-drinking, ultra-seductive, and airy wine. Fresh and fruity notes of violets highlight the well-ripened grapes, creating a luscious and well-rounded profile. This is a velvety, silky wine that delights on any occasion and in any season, with the potential to age gracefully for another 5 to 6 years! A favorite of the Selection Committee, rated 93/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged in oak barrels.

Beautiful violet color.

Nose:

Beautifully ripe grapes, fresh, fruity nose with hints of violet.

Palate:

Luscious and full-bodied, with fully ripe fruit, this wine offers a beautifully textured juice with a velvety, silky texture.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
