Crafted using the Solera method typically reserved for Spain’s finest wines, the Red Magnum Vin de France Au Fil du Temps is a wine that defies convention. Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged in a solera style, compilation of several vintages including 2016 which brings vitality to the blend. It is not excluded that you need to decant to fully enjoy it.

Color:

An intense, brilliant red.

Nose:

Powdery, pure, with notes of stone fruit, cherry blossom, fine spices and hints of pepper.

Palate:

Harmonious, with ripe fruit flavors, this cuvée offers a consistently fresh structure, supported by fine tannins. The controlled evolution unveils subtle notes of graphite and stone fruit aromas. A magnum crafted using the solera system, ready to drink over the next two years.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
