This is Grenache at its finest—infused, delicate, and full of charm. The 2021 Red Cutio Garnacha-Cariñena is sourced from 60-year-old, high-altitude vines on the region’s coolest exposures. Paired with Carignan, this Grenache ranks among the region's best, offering notes of blackcurrant cream, sugared strawberry, and a light yet beautifully structured tannic frame. Elegant, approachable, and wonderfully drinkable now, it’s best served slightly chilled. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested, fermented for 45 days in stainless steel tanks with temperature control below 26°C, aged in 225-liter French oak barrels of various ages (from new to 4 wines).Color:
