The 2019 Red Madiran Tannat is a fresh and elegant wine, with notes of graphite, wild blackberry and forest. Precise and elegant, the palate has fine tannins and a seductive and persistent finish. A classic wine from this appellation, to pair with a grilled meat or a duck breast. Rated 90/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Mechanical and manual harvesting. De-stemming, cold settling, pressing at mid-fermentation. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. Aged for 12 months in vats. Bottled at the estate.
