Crafted from 70 ares of century-old Chenin vines, the 2023 WO Stellenbosch Mev Kirsten Chenin Blanc delivers unparalleled freshness. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification using indigenous yeasts. Whole grapes pressed and racked for 12 hours. Aged for 12 months on the lees in tuns and amphorae.

Pale yellow with green highlights, brilliant.

Delicate aromas of lime, apple and pear mixed with a touch of toast.

Palate:

This wine is rich and complex, with a lively, fresh energy.
