Wine:

Sourced from the estate's oldest vines, planted on diverse terroirs, the 2023 White Pouilly-Fumé Léon reveals delicate aromas of exotic fruit and fresh citrus. The wine strikes a perfect balance of ripeness and precision, making it enjoyable now and well-suited for aging over the next five years. An excellent choice to pair with seafood or shellfish starters.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, produced from a blend of different older plots from different terroirs, aged for 12 to 14 months on the lees in stainless steel and concrete vats.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Color:

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Beautifully mature and elegantly refined, this wine reveals subtle exotic notes, with a particular focus on bursts of fresh pear.

Palate:

A crisp, vibrant cuvée with a tactile, mouthwatering quality, delivering ripe, polished flavours with remarkable finesse and absolutely no heaviness.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
