The 2016 White Chardonnay Burgundy , vinified and aged without new oak, presents a fresh, floral, and pristine bouquet, true to the vintage's character. The palate is lively and refreshing, with excellent tension and balance. This Chardonnay is both elegant and flavorful, with a subtle saline touch that makes it versatile. Perfect as a pre-dinner drink with fish fritters or gougères, or paired at the table with butter-basted fish or simply grilled seafood.
