The 2022 Red Sancerre Origine captures the vibrant character of fresh, perfectly ripened Pinot Noir in its purest form. The nose reveals bright freshness, highlighted by notes of stone fruit, while the palate is precise and sleek, showcasing the grape’s crisp, lively nature with refined elegance.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested and destemmed, cold pre-fermentation maceration, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation, extraction by punching down and/or pumping over, natural malolactic fermentation in wooden vats and demi-muids followed by 10 to 12 months' ageing.
