With impressive structure and depth, this wine boasts both richness and texture, but it requires patience. A true expression of its prestigious terroir, it will reach its peak in about two years and can be enjoyed over the following decade. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Vines on average 45 years old. Long, delicate pressing, cold settling for around twenty hours. Fermented 100% with indigenous yeasts and matured on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats until mid-April 2024. Light fining and filtration before bottling by and at the estate.Wine certified for High Environmental Value Level III (HVE) viticulture.
