Hand harvested. Vines 40 years old on 2 terroirs: Les Forges and Magny. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 12 months in barrels, 20% of which are new. Average annual production of 4,500 bottles.Color:
