Wine:

Exemplifying a fresh profile for the appellation and perfectly in line with the vintage, the 2021 white Puligny-Montrachet Les Vieilles Vignes brilliantly combines minerality and maturity. The precise and relevant oak complements the fruity substance with great class and balance, confirmed by its elegant, vibrant, and radiant structure. A superb bottle to keep aging in your cellar. A Selection Committee favorite.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations carried out in French oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
Aged for 14 months on fine lees, 1 month before bottling, all barrels are transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for blending.
