Wine:

At the heart of the village of Meursault, from downgraded parcels, the 2022 white Côte d’Or Burgundy showcases a Chardonnay with precise, vibrant character and well-integrated oak. Fresh and youthful, it’s already highly enjoyable but will continue to evolve beautifully over the next 5 years or more. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified and aged on fine lees in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new, for 12 months.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

White fruit fragrances punctuated by notes of honeysuckle.

Palate:

Bright and precise, this cuvée exudes youthful energy with a perfectly judged ripeness, refreshing acidity, and subtle, well-integrated oak. A fine balance of finesse and vibrancy.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Marinated pork spider, swordfish fillet marinated in lime, fresh goat's cheese.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028, and even longer for enthusiasts.
