Wine:

The 2022 Red Sancerre La Terre des Anges from Domaine Laporte combines beautifully balanced ripeness with precise notes of red berry flavours, fine spices, and remarkable freshness. Light and refined, with delicate tannins, it offers a harmonious profile that’s ideal for pairing throughout a meal.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, macerated for 8 days at a temperature between 25 and 30°C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 9 months, then 1 month after bottling.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Good intensity red with brilliant carmine highlights.

Nose:

Fresh and delicate, with dominant red fruit aromas.

Palate:

This wine is light, with delicate tannins supported by beautiful flavors, very digestible and perfect for an entire meal.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Grilled meats, tuna steaks, pan-fried calf's liver.
