Wine:

Brimming with freshness, the 2023 white Terre de Maimbray Sancerre delivers a deliciously vibrant juice. The essence of the stony terroir resonates throughout this very appealing ensemble, which is fresh, crisp, and precise, with a tangy finish. Thoroughly flavorful, this delightful white can be cellared for a few more years and is perfect to serve as an aperitif with raw fish or goat cheeses.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Fermentation with selected neutral yeasts. Aged on lees in stainless-steel vats for 8 months, no bâtonnage.

Color:

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Fresh and very pure, with nuances of lemon zest, touches of chalk and a hint of smokiness.

Palate:

This wine has a dynamic, concentrated profile, with delicate juices and a beautiful natural acidity that makes it tonic, salivating and appetizing.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Aperitif, goat's cheese, Crottin de Chavignol, seafood, scallops in beurre blanc.
