Wine:

The 2022 Red Ventoux Terrasses is a standout once again, offering beautifully concentrated aromas of blackberries, wild herbs, and a hint of smokiness. Made from a perfectly balanced blend of Grenache (60%) and Syrah, with no oak aging, it shines with remarkable freshness and finesse. Its smooth, elegant structure is supported by fine tannins, making it both refined and approachable. Bursting with character, this wine is simply a pleasure to enjoy. Perfectly paired with red meat. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee and 91-93/100 by The Parker Guide.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, crushed and destemmed. Maceration and fermentation for 15 days. Traditional vinification. No wood ageing. Bottled at the château.
